Job Summary
Engage with retail shoppers to promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions while acting as a Brand-Ambassador and Promotions Specialist. Schedule in-home consultations and service appointments with technicians and comfort advisors to generate leads and support brand awareness. Explain service options, upgrades, and comfort improvements directly to customers in a professional retail environment. This role requires standing and walking during shifts, weekend availability, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
