Job Summary
Sales & Impact Trainee role as a generalist commercial position supporting the Head of Sales. Phase 1 focuses on learning and supporting deals, CRM management, and outbound coordination; Phase 2 shifts toward ownership of prospecting in Germany or the Netherlands, lead qualification, and contributing to Shayp4Impact deployments, with potential tracks in Customer Success, Business Development, or Impact based on strengths. The role emphasizes curiosity, adaptability, and the opportunity to grow with the company across European markets, including an international team based in Brussels and hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Smart and curious — asks good questions and can figure things out
- Comfortable with digital tools and technology (CRM, automation, AI tools, or keen to learn)
- Interest in sustainability and environmental challenges
- Fluency in English, with German or Dutch at native or near-native level
- Proactive — doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfort with ambiguity — startups aren’t perfectly organised
