Job Summary
Prospect and close new accounts with contractors, site managers, and project leaders to build and grow your territory. Strengthen customer relationships through upselling and service excellence while providing hands-on support to ensure satisfaction. Represent the company with professionalism in an active, hands-on environment involving physical field work, lifting 75+ lbs, and operating outdoors in all weather. Maintain a clean driving record and pass a DOT physical, utilizing basic computer skills for communication and GPS navigation. English proficiency is required for traffic laws and public interaction, with Spanish-speaking ability a plus. This role blends sales and production duties with uncapped commission, offering a company truck, full medical/dental/vision coverage, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Able to lift 75+ lbs
- Ability to climb in and out of a truck
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable with physical, dirty work
- Comfortable with independent field work
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, GPS apps)
- Must be able to speak and understand English well enough to follow traffic laws and communicate with the public
- Full-time employment
- Monday–Friday schedule with some weekends
