Job Summary
Associate- Home at a retail location delivering exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, identifying needs, educating customers on horticulture and home décor selections, assisting management with merchandising procedures, stocking and rotating products, maintaining signage and displays, and operating the POS system. Responsibilities include cross-training across departments, collaborating with team members, and participating in product knowledge meetings and 1-on-1 interactions to support the store’s mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Must have passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions, rain or shine
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within a team environment
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills
