Job Summary
Provide excellent customer experience in a retail environment by greeting customers, identifying needs, and educating them on selections; assist the management team with merchandising, operating procedures, and stock management; maintain current signage and display floral and home décor items; operate the POS accurately and efficiently; participate in product knowledge sessions and cross-train across departments; adaptable to indoor/outdoor conditions and able to work collaboratively in a team to meet business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions, rain or shine
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within a team environment
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills
