Greet customers promptly to create a welcoming retail experience; assist customers to determine needs and educate them on selections; support merchandising and operational procedures; maintain merchandise stock, presentation, and signage; stock rotation; cross-train across departments; operate the POS accurately and efficiently; assist with floral decorations and home décor displays; participate in product knowledge and development activities; strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to work indoors/outdoors in various conditions; capable of multitasking and working independently or in a team; physical ability to perform duties and handle duties outside of normal responsibilities as needed.
