Job Summary
Sell and assist customers in a retail garden/home décor environment; greet customers, identify needs, educate on selections, support merchandising and store operations, stock and rotate merchandise, maintain displays, operate the POS, and participate in product knowledge and development activities. Requires enthusiasm for horticulture and seasonal merchandise, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
