Job Summary
Retail Associate at Stein's Garden & Home in Oshkosh, WI. Responsibilities include greeting customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, assessing customer needs and guiding selections, assisting management with merchandising and operational procedures, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining stock levels and presentation, operating the POS system accurately, contributing to floral and home décor displays, and participating in product knowledge sessions and 1-on-1 development discussions. The role requires enthusiasm for gardening and seasonal décor, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various conditions. This is an hourly, non-exempt position located in Oshkosh, WI.
