Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate in a garden/home décor retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, determining needs, educating customers on products, assisting with merchandising and store procedures, stock rotation and display upkeep, operating the POS system, handling transactions, and contributing to product knowledge sessions and team development. Must be a team player with strong customer service and communication skills, able to work in varied environmental conditions, and capable of cross-training across multiple departments. Knowledge or interest in horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise is desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions
