Job Summary
Meet customers at their homes to discuss system replacement and addition options. Diagnose HVAC equipment needs and repairs when necessary. Orchestrate daily crew deployment and update job schedules. Communicate job status to the foreman and office. Lead and direct the work of others while performing complicated tasks. Requires minimum 2 years HVAC experience and familiarity with field concepts. This Family owned and Operated Company offers a competitive base plus commission structure ranging from $100K to $300K, along with medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Requires minimum 2 years HVAC experience
- Continued Education is expected
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks
- Leads and directs the work of others
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- The candidate should be able to think outside the box
- Shall lead by example and arrive on time ready to work
- Familiarity and ability to diagnose HVAC equipment and recognize equipment needs and/or repairs if, necessary
