Job Summary
Develop the team to deliver a seamless Omnichannel Customer journey within store, coaching staff on YATD techniques and providing regular feedback to ensure they give trusted advice and recommendations. Actively inspire visual journeys in store by tailoring layout, merchandising, windows, and mannequins to reflect the local market and customer needs while embedding the Service Promise of Easy/Smile/Care. Manage payroll spend within budget and company guidelines, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures are consistently followed to protect the brand and maximise efficiencies. Support the Store Manager to achieve strong visual execution and profit growth by utilising Omnichannel customer data, commercial data, and local knowledge to make informed decisions.
