Job Summary

Lead and execute the North Region enterprise sales strategy, drive multi-million-dollar revenue, manage executive-level relationships, and expand Inbox Business Technologies’ footprint across Government, Enterprise, Financial Services, Telecom, and Commercial sectors. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, lead complex sales engagements spanning Enterprise Networking Solutions, Data Center Infrastructure, Storage, Cloud & Hybrid Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation Services, and Managed Services, and collaborate with Presales, Technical, Delivery, and OEM teams to position Huawei Enterprise Business Group solutions and other strategic technology offerings. Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure, drive negotiations and forecasted targets, and develop strategic partnerships with customers, OEMs, and channel partners to accelerate growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise ICT, Technology Solutions, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Infrastructure, or System Integration Sales.
  • Proven enterprise sales leadership experience within the North Region (Islamabad / Rawalpindi).
  • Strong hands-on experience selling enterprise technology solutions, including Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Networking, Storage, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales targets and winning large enterprise and government accounts over the last 3–5 years.
  • Strong relationships across Government, Enterprise, Commercial, Financial Services, Telecom, and Public Sector organizations within the North Region.
  • Experience working with leading OEMs such as Huawei, HPE, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, VMware, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar enterprise technology vendors.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage CXOs, lead strategic discussions, manage complex negotiations, and close high-value opportunities.
  • Strong forecasting discipline, pipeline management, account planning, and sales governance experience.
  • Strategic, structured, and highly result-oriented mindset with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
