Job Summary
Graduate Technical Sales opportunity in Castleford, Yorkshire. The Sales Graduate Programme exposes you to both commercial and technical aspects of the business, including building and managing customer relationships, business development and new customer acquisition, account and project management, technical sales and solution-based selling, construction projects and temporary works solutions, CRM systems and sales planning, and commercial decision-making with customer account growth. You will rotate across sales, operations, engineering and depot functions, with mentorship, onboarding, structured training, and progression toward roles across sales, commercial, operations and leadership. Essential requirements include a degree in any discipline, a Full UK Driving Licence, willingness to travel within your region, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Previous sales experience is not required; emphasis is on potential, attitude and desire to succeed.
