Job Summary
Amcor's Sales Graduate Program in Łódź offers an 18-month rotation across two or more European locations, providing hands-on experience in customer management, business development, and strategic account growth from day one. You will gain end-to-end exposure from market analysis to account management and deal execution, with international assignments across Europe, mentorship from senior leaders, and structured development in core capabilities such as sales, negotiation, customer strategy, and technical product understanding. Roles include interactions with Key Account Directors and collaboration with R&D and plant teams, delivering real commercial impact and cross-functional experiences in a global packaging business.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering, International Business, Sales Management or a related field
- Up to 5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or commercial roles (including internships)
- Willingness to travel and work across Europe
- Eligibility to work within the EU
- Fluency in English; additional European language is an advantage
