Job Summary
Graduate Sales Executives are invited to join MGF’s UK sales team through a structured development programme designed to develop future sales talent. The role involves learning across sales, operations, engineering, and depot functions, building long-term customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, delivering consultative solutions, identifying new opportunities, managing regional projects and key accounts, collaborating with technical teams to deliver solutions, using CRM systems, and analysing customer needs to drive business performance. The programme includes onboarding, structured training, mentoring, career reviews, and potential progression to additional qualifications, with opportunities to complete a Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship and pursue professional qualifications. A degree in any discipline is acceptable (Civil Engineering or Construction-related subjects are advantageous but not essential); strong communication and relationship-building skills, problem-solving, and a proactive attitude are valued. A driving licence and willingness to travel within the region are required. The role emphasizes hands-on commercial experience, practical guidance, and long-term career progression within a supportive culture.
