Job Summary
Provide customers with an exceptional experience by building relationships and assisting them in selecting the right horticulture, floral, and home décor products. Greet customers promptly, educate on products, and support merchandising and operational procedures to ensure attractive, up-to-date displays and stock levels. Operate the POS accurately, handle transactions, and contribute to store presentation and product knowledge meetings. Collaborate cross-functionally across departments, contribute ideas for floral decorations and décor displays, and maintain cleanliness and organization of fixtures and backrooms. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, communication, and the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, rain or shine
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or with a team
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
