Sales - Garden

Assist customers in selecting horticulture and home décor products, greet customers to create a welcoming retail environment, and use POS to process transactions. Maintain merchandise stock levels and presentation, ensure signage is current, and rotate products as directed. Contribute to floral decorations and home décor displays; participate in product knowledge meetings and development activities. Work collaboratively with the management team, communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, and be able to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions. Cross-train across departments and support merchandising and operational procedures as needed.
