Job Summary
Associate - Garden role within a retail Garden/Floral department. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, educating customers to help select appropriate horticulture and home décor products, executing merchandising and operational procedures, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining displays and signage, operating the POS system, and contributing to team learning and product knowledge sessions. Must be capable of working outdoors/in varying weather, collaborating with management, and delivering strong customer service while supporting store operations and floral/home décor displays.
Required Qualifications

- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions, rain or shine
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within a team
- great organizational and problem-solving skills
