Job Summary
Provide customers with an exceptional experience in a garden retail setting by greeting customers, assessing needs, educating on selections, and assisting with merchandising and operations. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating products, ensuring signage and displays are current, operating the POS, cross-training across departments, and contributing to floral and home décor displays. Requires passion for horticulture and seasonal merchandise, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors as part of a collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional customer service skills.
- Candidates must be team players, enjoy selling.
- Able to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions, rain or shine.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within a team environment.
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills.
