Sales - Garden

Assist customers by identifying needs, educating on product selections, and building relationships to drive sales. Maintain merchandise stock levels and presentation, stock and rotate products, ensure signage is current, cross-train across departments, operate the POS to process transactions, and contribute to floral decorations and home décor displays. Support merchandising, inventory, and store operations as directed, participate in training and development activities, and provide excellent customer service in a retail garden center environment.
