Job Summary
Associate - Garden role focusing on customer service and sales in a garden/retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, educating on selections, assisting with merchandising and operations, maintaining stock and display quality, ensuring signage is current, operating the POS system, cross-training across departments, and supporting floral and home décor displays. Requires enthusiasm for horticulture and seasonal merchandise, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work in varying conditions, and the capability to multitask in a team-oriented setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must have passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments (rain or shine)
