Assist customers in selecting plants, garden and home décor products; develop professional customer relationships; operate the POS, process transactions, and provide receipts; maintain stock levels and quality of displays; ensure signage is current and properly displayed; rotate products and support merchandising and housekeeping tasks; participate in learning and development activities; cross-train across multiple departments to support store operations; deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience in an outdoor/indoor retail environment.
