Sales Fundamentals Job Training Program

One-year (or less) intensive training program for young adults to gain technical and professional skills, including internships and placement support through YUPRO Placement. Internships may be at top organizations in the Greater Boston area (e.g., Harvard University, Wayfair, Salesforce, Wellington Management). The program offers an educational stipend during internships. In-depth classes include Banking, Business Operations, IT Support, Investment Operations, Project Management, and Network Security & Support. Graduates benefit from professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking opportunities, resume building, and ongoing guidance to launch a career. Eligible participants are high school graduates or GED recipients, able to work in the U.S., available Monday-Friday for the duration, highly motivated to learn, and not yet holding a Bachelor’s degree.
