Job Summary
The Sales & Front Desk Associate supports membership sales while delivering standout customer service at the Scenthound front desk. Responsibilities include driving membership sales, educating customers on health and wellness services for dogs, managing appointments and customer profiles, handling cash and daily cash reconciliation, and maintaining a clean, presentable reception area. The role emphasizes achieving KPIs such as average ticket price and rebook ratio through memberships, service add-ons, and retail, along with following up on leads, resolving customer concerns, and contributing to a path toward management through the company’s training program. Strong communication, problem-solving, and dog-care aptitude are required, with the ability to learn products and services and articulate company values to dog parents.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience and confidence (membership sales is highly valued)
- Customer service experience (retail or restaurant)
- Computer/ Technology proficiency
- A passion for dogs and dog health & wellness
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment
