Job Summary
The Sales & Front Desk Associate role focuses on selling memberships for Scenthound while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include driving membership sales, achieving KPIs (average ticket and rebook ratio) through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales; developing membership leads and following up with potential members; answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing customer profiles and records; handling daily cash and ensuring customer expectations are met; maintaining a clean reception area and adhering to sanitary practices; and pursuing advancement through the company’s training path toward management. Skills emphasized include confident service/product selling, strong customer connection (for both canine and human clients), ability to perform basic dog services periodically, effective communication, independent problem solving, attention to detail, time management, and accountability.
