You will lead performance reviews, fostering accountability through insight-driven storytelling and continuously introducing ideas to enhance sales effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6+ years in sales operations, commercial analytics, or sales excellence
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into action
- Experience in designing or improving sales processes and performance frameworks
- Proven track record in having high levels of creativity in problem-solving and approach design
- Experience managing complexity across large and diverse teams or markets
- Highly outgoing and a confident communicator
