Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Effectiveness Analyst at Zebra responsible for optimizing sales performance through data-driven insights, technology adoption, and strategic enablement. Drive pipeline data integrity and forecast accuracy, lead adoption of AI-powered tools (including zSales Assistant and Deep Research AI), and champion change management for strategic sales initiatives. Enable sales productivity by guiding annual sales compensation and territory planning, streamline onboarding for new hires, and partner with sales managers to deliver targeted training. Requires strong analytical problem-solving, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence leadership; hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL; travel up to 10% may be required.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10+ years equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ year's of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations.
- Direct experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, with a proven track record of managing sales forecasting and tracking sales compensation/incentive plans utilizing Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated experience in presenting to senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
