Job Summary
Senior Sales Strategist for asset-recovery claims, responsible for re-engagement of stalled/complex claims, escalation management, strategic research, and closing high-value cases on a commission-based structure. Must leverage CRM and investigative databases to verify claimant identity and asset linkage, convert hesitant prospects through consultative, trust-based outreach, and guide claimants through execution of legal documents to ensure timely recovery. Ideal candidate demonstrates self-motivation, persistence, persuasive analytics, and strong ethics while achieving high-value recoveries with no cap on earnings.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in asset recovery and inside sales
- Proven track record of managing complex objections and closing high-ticket deals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to project credibility and authority
- Comfort working with CRM systems, investigative databases, and public records
- Absolute commitment to transparency and ethical contingency-based recovery
