Retail Sales Associate in footwear at Scheels. Responsibilities include greeting customers on the sales floor, growing personal sales to meet minimum goals, promoting the Scheels Visa Rewards card, engaging with customers to help them make buying decisions, attending product training and store meetings, and assisting with stocking when needed. Requires basic math (rate, ratio, percent), strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays (average 20 hours per week). Must maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate passion for the products in the store.
