Sales Floor Team Member - Part Time

Job Summary
Provide best-in-class customer service on the sales floor and maintain merchandising standards. Greet customers, keep endcaps and displays stocked, assist with in-store price changes, perform nightly recovery (fronting, facing, cleaning), train on cash register operation and assist with checkout as needed, support merchandise resets and visual displays, coordinate freight flow, and promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs (Fleet Rewards and credit card). Requires friendly, self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented approach; on-site role with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required
- Previous retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and climb ladders is required
