Job Summary
Greet every customer warmly, communicate store promotions, and deliver excellent service by assisting with fitting rooms, locating items, and managing checkout. Maintain visual displays, restock merchandise, and keep the front desk and sales floor clean and organized. Address customer concerns professionally, manage fitting room flow, and welcome and direct volunteers. Complete all assigned duties before the end of each shift. Work part-time, 10-25 hours per week in Rogers, Arkansas, with flexible time-off including Sundays off and PTO rewards.
Required Qualifications
