Sales floor / Merchandising Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases and returns, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operation, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers; promotes credit and loyalty programs; participates in store recovery, safety, and compliance; supports labor laws and applicable policies. Requires excellent customer service skills, a flexible schedule (weekends and nights), ability to multi-task, and capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation. This role may involve various merchandising and store-operations duties across different departments, contributing to a positive store culture and overall store success.
