Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and support store shrink reduction goals while maintaining safety awareness. Participate in multi-tasking and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Requires ability to lift heavy objects and work a flexible schedule. Starting pay range is $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
