Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and support store recovery efforts throughout the day. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and multi-tasking as needed. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs across the Hilton Head Island location.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
