Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise according to established procedures while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness protocols throughout the day. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. The position offers a starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
