Job Summary
Greet customers entering the store, share product knowledge regarding irrigation systems, and provide solutions to assist with their needs. Assist with purchases including parts assembly, maintain a well-organized and clean area, and respond to questions in an informative, timely, and cheerful manner. This midday/evening Sales Floor Associate role at the IFA Country Store in Provo, Utah, requires familiarity with irrigation products, cash register operation, and basic math functions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2-4 years of equivalent customer service or sales experience
- Familiarity with irrigation products and irrigation systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated
- Sales minded
- Experience with operating a cash register
- Additional experience using other computer software and programs
- Able to calculate discounts, percentages, and perform basic math functions
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form
