Job Summary
Maintain the highest degree of customer service to effectively communicate and provide an elevated customer experience while striving to meet personal, category, and store sales goals. Build client relationships to support new client acquisition and retention, acting as a brand ambassador representing Rebag's values to delight and surprise customers. Communicate product and customer feedback to the management team and support all company initiatives related to product launches and client service. Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met, handle stock operations and online purchase orders, and perform store maintenance functions. Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge and new arrivals, maintaining strong knowledge of trends and designers. Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings, and be able to lift a maximum of 40 lbs.
