Job Summary
Associate I, Retail Sales Floor ensures sales floor is stocked and presentable, assists customers with service, maintains cleanliness, and supports merchandising standards; responsibilities include pricing ambassador, identifying item value, cross-training in other departments, and maintaining safety and policy compliance. Must provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively, and adapt to schedule needs including evenings and holidays. The role requires attention to detail, ability to use basic technologies, color/quality judgment, and willingness to work in a retail environment. The position is full-time at Goodwill of Colorado, with benefits and Daily Pay eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year retail experience preferred
- visual merchandising experience preferred
- ability to work varied schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays
- effective communication with customers and staff
