Job Summary
Sales-focused role at SIXT Cardiff, serving as the first and last point of contact for customers, delivering tailored offers and converting interactions into sales while maintaining vehicle fleet standards. Responsibilities include handling rental agreements, inspecting vehicles for damage, reporting issues, completing documentation, confirming damages with customers, assisting with refuelling, managing inter-branch deliveries/collections, and preparing/valeting vehicles. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability to a dynamic environment, and a valid driving licence with at least 12 months’ experience. Shift rotation including weekends/holidays is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Driving Licence with a valid licence and minimum 12 months driving experience
- Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism, or sales
- Flexibility to work shift rotation including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail for handover paperwork and vehicle inspections
- Ability to manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches
- Willingness to assist in refuelling and vehicle preparation
- Customer service and sales-oriented mindset
