Job Summary
Recruit new members by building a pipeline using GoodLife Touring resources, educating prospects on health and fitness goals, and creating personalized success plans. Maintain member relationships through consistent follow-up and leverage appropriate service offerings to support their progress. This role requires experience in sales, high self-motivation, and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. The position offers a base wage of $19.70 with commissions, bringing total compensation to $40,900-$59,100 annually.
