Job Summary
Recruit and onboard new members by assessing their health and fitness goals, then provide tailored recommendations and success plans leveraging GoodLife service offerings. Build a pipeline of potential members through consistent follow-up and relationship management while educating prospects on achieving their overall health and fitness goals. Maintain strong member relationships through ongoing engagement and utilize available tools to support diverse client needs. This role offers a competitive total rewards package including commissions, free fitness membership, and ongoing training within a fun, energetic atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales
- High degree of self-motivation and resilience within a sales environment
- Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse group of people
