Job Summary
Sales (Fitness Advisor) responsible for recruiting and working with new members to understand health and fitness goals and provide recommendations; build a pipeline of potential members, tour potential members around the club, educate them on services, create a plan for new member success, and maintain ongoing relationships through follow-up. Requires sales experience, high self-motivation, ability to build rapport with diverse people, passion for helping others, strong time management, and a commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion. Compensation includes base wage with commissions; total compensation ranges from $40,200 to $58,400 annually.
