Job Summary
Sales (Fitness Advisor) responsibilities include recruiting and working with new members to understand their health and fitness goals and provide recommendations to help achieve those goals. Build a pipeline of potential members, tour potential members around the club, educate them on how GoodLife services support their goals, create a plan for new member success, and build/maintain member relationships through consistent follow-up. Must have sales experience, high self-motivation and resilience, ability to build rapport with a diverse group, passion for helping others, and strong time management. Emphasis on contributing to a culture that values diversity, equity and inclusion and living the company Guiding Principles of Caring, Integrity, Teamwork, Growth and Optimism.

- Experience in sales
