Job Summary
Recruit new members by building a pipeline using GoodLife Touring resources, educating prospects on health and fitness goals, and creating personalized success plans. Maintain member relationships through consistent follow-up and leverage appropriate service offerings to support their overall wellness. This role requires high self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups while adhering to our Guiding Principles of Caring, Integrity, Teamwork, Growth, and Optimism. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for fitness and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales
- High degree of self-motivation and resilience within a sales environment
- Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse group of people
- Passion for helping others, and a commitment to personal health and fitness
- Excellent time management skills
- Committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion and values giving back to communities
