Job Summary
Recruit and onboard new members by assessing their health and fitness goals, then provide tailored recommendations for achieving those objectives. Build a pipeline of potential members by educating them on available services and creating individualized success plans. Maintain consistent member relationships through regular follow-ups to ensure retention and engagement. This role requires a high degree of self-motivation and resilience within a sales environment, leveraging experience in sales and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. Compensation includes a base wage of $19.35 plus commissions, with an expected annual range of $40,200 to $58,400.
