Job Summary
Dual-role leadership opportunity for Sales & Finance Manager leading the full guest journey from first contact to final signature, owning both sales and financing processes, presenting and selling F&I products, ensuring contract compliance, and building a lasting book of high-net-worth Land Rover clients with a premium, hospitality-driven approach.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury automotive sales (Land Rover or premium European brand preferred)
- 2+ years of Finance Manager experience with proven F&I performance metrics (PVR, VSC penetration, GAP penetration)
- Active state F&I license, or the ability to obtain one prior to start
- Polished, professional presence appropriate for exclusive, high-net-worth clientele
- Proven top-producer track record in both sales volume and F&I performance
- Deep knowledge of deal structure, menu selling, and compliance standards (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA)
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK preferred
- A builder's mindset and hospitality-first approach to guest interactions
