Job Summary
Field Sales Consultant who self-generates leads and conducts in-home solar presentations; responsible for developing effective self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments with potential customers, delivering an industry-leading in-home sales experience from initial contact through installation, evaluating customer needs, building long-lasting relationships, managing the sales pipeline from prospect to install, accurately reporting outcomes via a CRM, and meeting sales targets as set by leadership. Requires minimum 1 year of sales/lead generation experience (in-home sales preferred), age 21+, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, willingness to travel within the local market, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Comfortable with technology (IPAD/computer) and CRM tools; strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate cross-functionally."
