Responsibilities include generating and managing a robust sales pipeline, conducting regular sales activities (visits, calls, online meetings), preparing customer-specific proposals, managing quotations and contracting, and delivering high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring peers, leveraging market insights for service portfolio improvements, and identifying opportunities for cross- and upselling across management system certification, training, and personnel certification services.
