Job Summary
Greet visitors warmly, manage Welcome Center and Model Center operations, and register guests using assigned software. Handle daily tasks including traffic reports, gate passes, visitation updates, and key distribution while assisting Specialists with appointments and Property Management with check-ins and payments. Support the Discovery Stay program, maintain coffee bar supplies, ensure facility cleanliness, and coordinate special events. Operate a motor vehicle, manage marketing materials, and uphold safety compliance standards. Remain flexible with scheduling to cover weekends, evenings, and holidays. First Aid and CPR certification provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Extensive software skills, including Microsoft Office
- Internet research abilities
- Knowledge of sales and customer service best practices
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle, including multiple passenger transit vans
- High level of attention to detail
