Job Summary
As a Client Success Executive at Altus, you will manage the full commercial lifecycle, from cold-calling to deal closure and account expansion within a dynamic healthcare technology territory. Key responsibilities include driving new business through strategic cold calling and ABM campaigns, expanding existing accounts, and working with multi-stakeholder deals across health systems. You should possess strong B2B sales experience in medical fields, expertise in technology-based workflow solutions, and proficiency in CRM operation. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with skills in consultative selling and pipeline management.
Required Qualifications
- 3–10 years of B2B sales experience in medical device, health IT, biomedical, or telemedicine
- Proven track record of new business development and territory growth
- Multi-stakeholder sales fluency within health systems
- CRM mastery
- Value-based selling skills
